Dual Diagnosis
Dual Diagnosis is the term for people who suffer from a mental illness and have an addiction to drug or alcohl. People with mental illnesses often attempt to mask or relieve the symptoms of that illness with alcohol and drugs, especially if their illness has not been diagnosed.
We are happy to announce that we now have Dual Recovery Anonymous groups in San Antonio. DRA uses the 12-step recovery program that is based upon Alcoholics Anonymous.
